Up to now, only the visitors of the last Toy Fair in Nuremberg (Germany) have seen him:

HANS in LUCK enrichens the Krahmer Doll collection with his satisfied, almost happy facial expression. In the fairy tale of the Grimm Brothers, his way leads from a gold nugget to a lump of rock. He is a travelling journeyman with country-style clothes, a little bag with food, a felt hat and a neckerchief, and he is an enlargement to our fairy tale series.

So besides Little Red Riding Hood and Hansel and Gretel, now we have yet another character from the fairytales by the Grimm Brothers. All about Hans in Luck is nice and neat. The strong form of the head exists since the 60s, and his long hair is characteristic of the time when there were travelling journeymen. Does anybody remember this kind of flap at the backside? It really existed and was quite practical.
