Hi. I'm glad to be here in this forum.
I'd like to introduce all of you to my rag dolls that I have been making since 1991.
In 2004, I had my first book published about how they are "born" in the sugarcane fields of Louisiana. They love to waltz along the braided rug road, and they fly into human land on magic flying quilts.

The Doll Land of Sha Bebe is an enchanted land.
Do you believe?

Okay, now I have it right. *LOL**********************

Hi Mary Lynne, and Welcome! Of course I believe, lol! They are lovely...
Hey, JaneEllen. I bet you have a hard time with your name same as me. I almost put Mary Ellen, *LOL*...I'm starting to sign my name as the name that I am. I'm used to being called BeB, which is a term of endearment down here along the bayou for people we love or think highly of. It's NOT a flirt word.
My husband and I have been calling each other BeB since before we got married and we're married 4o years now.........SO the name BeB sort of is like STUCK on us-*grin*..We named the place where the dolls are...... BeB's Place.
But since I wrote the book about the dolls and used my own name of Mary Lynn, well, I'm going to start using it more.
I like message boards....Nice in here
We'll be leaving for Lafayette for a Christmas in July show with the sha bebe wagon-*lol*----and we'll be back Sunday or Monday. I can't wait to see how people will take looking at that wagon------*LOL***
Go here. I have a lot of web sites!

And you can hear how I speak~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I really enjoy speaking to anyone about my dolls and the book, but especially children, but the book is considered folklore. It's not a children's story book. But it's a good book to read TO children.......
Well, see ya'll Monday.
